These website terms apply to your use of www.uaeluxurycarhire.com and to any enquiry you submit through it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Nature of the service
Ultimate Auto Experience provides an enquiry and referral service for luxury car hire, sports car rental, executive vehicles, luxury SUVs and chauffeur services across worldwide destinations. We are not the operator of every vehicle fleet described on the site. Enquiries may be reviewed against, and where appropriate passed to, third-party rental suppliers who hold their own fleet, licensing, insurance and rental terms for the relevant location.
Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a form on this site, including the quote form or contact form, creates an enquiry only. It does not create a confirmed booking, a reserved vehicle, or a contractual commitment on our part or on the part of any supplier. A booking is only confirmed once you receive explicit written confirmation, at which point the applicable supplier's rental terms, pricing and availability conditions will apply.
Pricing, availability and vehicle descriptions
Vehicle categories, models, brands and destination information described on this site are provided for general guidance. We do not guarantee that a specific model, brand or vehicle category is available in every location, at every date, or at any particular price. Actual availability, specification and pricing are confirmed directly with you as part of reviewing your enquiry and are subject to change.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site and its enquiry forms only for genuine, lawful enquiries about vehicle hire. You must not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, attempt to circumvent spam or security protections such as reCAPTCHA, or use automated tools to submit forms or extract content from the site.
Third-party suppliers
Where your enquiry is passed to a third-party rental supplier, that supplier's own rental agreement, terms and conditions, licence, age, deposit, insurance and documentation requirements will apply to the actual hire. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, the contract formed between you and that supplier.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and other content on this site, except where otherwise stated, belong to Ultimate Auto Experience or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultimate Auto Experience is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information published on it, or from the acts, omissions, vehicles or services of any third-party supplier. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
