Ultimate Auto Experience (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.uaeluxurycarhire.com, an enquiry service for worldwide luxury and sports car hire, sports car rental, executive vehicles, luxury SUVs and chauffeur bookings. We do not directly own or operate the vehicle fleets shown on this site. Enquiries submitted through our forms are reviewed and, where appropriate, passed to third-party rental suppliers who can fulfil the request in the relevant location. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why we collect it, who we may share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Information we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, pickup location, return or destination location, preferred date, vehicle category, and any additional notes. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. If you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect whatever information you choose to share in that conversation. We also automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, including your IP address, browser type, and the approximate country your connection is associated with (used only to suggest a default dial code on the phone field).
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to review and respond to your enquiry, to match it with a suitable rental supplier where relevant, to contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp, and to keep records of correspondence. We also use limited technical information to protect the site against spam and abuse, for example rate-limiting repeated submissions from the same address and verifying that a submission was made by a person rather than an automated script.
Third-party services used on this site
This site uses a small number of third-party services to make enquiry forms work. Google reCAPTCHA checks that a form submission was not made by an automated script; it may set cookies and process technical data under Google's own privacy policy. The pickup and destination fields use Google Maps Places Autocomplete to suggest addresses as you type, which involves sending what you type to Google; this only runs if you interact with those fields. A separate IP-based lookup service is used only to pre-select a likely default country dial code on the phone field; it is not used to identify you personally and you can change the selected country at any time. None of these providers are permitted to use the data for their own marketing purposes through our integration.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The third-party services described above (in particular Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps) may set their own cookies or use similar technologies as part of verifying form submissions or providing address suggestions, in line with their own policies.
Sharing your information
We share enquiry details with third-party rental suppliers only where necessary to review or fulfil your enquiry, for example passing your pickup location, dates and vehicle preference to a supplier who may be able to provide that vehicle in that location. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and contact records for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
International transfers
Because enquiries can relate to destinations worldwide and may be shared with suppliers in the relevant country, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to keep the information secure.

This site and its enquiry forms are intended for adults arranging vehicle hire. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
